Canadian Culinary Federation

Canadian Culinary Institute
The Canadian Culinary Institute (CCI) administers the Certified Working Chef (CWC)program, under the auspices of the Canadian Culinary Federation. The program is recognized by the Canadian Tourism Human Resources Council with its network of partnering agencies and associations throughout Canada.
The Certified Working Chef has been designed for Red Seal Certified Journeyman Cooks to build on their current knowledge. Candidates be red seal certified and have at least 1 year of industry experience post certification. The key is to have a mentor Chef who will support you.  The knowledge and skills acquired will prepare you for a leading position within the Brigade.

La Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs
Forte de plus de 25 000 membres, la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs est une Association Internationale de la Gastronomie aujourd'hui implantée dans plus de 80 pays et qui réunit des passionnés qui partagent les mêmes valeurs de qualité, gastronomie, promotion des arts culinaires et des plaisirs de la table. Le caractère distinctif de notre association réside dans le rassemblement d'amateurs et de professionnels du monde entier, qu'ils soient hôteliers, restaurateurs, chefs ou sommeliers, autour de l'appréciation de la bonne cuisine.

Le Cordon Bleu
Le Cordon Bleu est un réseau international d'écoles privées dispensant des formations diplômantes dans l'art culinaire français et le management hôtelier. La première école fut fondée en 1895 à Paris par Marthe Distel et Henri-Paul Pellaprat.
